Headsets & Phone Add-Ons
The add-ons that make a phone fit the job: wireless and wired headsets, louder ringers and paging speakers, and adapters for the analog equipment you already own.
You cannot get the best phones in the world for free, but you can get them hands free. Headsets keep staff typing while they talk, paging speakers carry a call over a noisy shop or kitchen, and adapters bring analog equipment onto the same system.
Every accessory here is chosen to work natively with the Poly and Yealink phones we supply, so there is no adapter hunt and no compatibility guesswork.
What it does for your business
For Service Franchisees
Dispatchers take calls hands-free while typing the ticket, and a loud paging speaker reaches the shop floor over the noise.
For Pizzerias
Hands-free headsets keep order takers moving, and an audio alert rings loud enough to hear over the oven and the dinner crowd.
For Auto Dealerships
Advisors keep both hands on the paperwork, and analog adapters keep the existing fax machine and lot equipment connected.
For Franchisors
A standard headset and paging list every location orders from, so equipment stays consistent and support stays simple.
Frequently asked questions
QUESTION: Should I get a wireless or a wired headset?
ANSWER: Wireless if the person needs to leave the desk mid-call, like a manager checking the floor or a CSR walking out to the shop. Wired if the desk stays put, since it costs less and does not need charging.
QUESTION: How do I make the phone loud enough to hear in a shop or kitchen?
ANSWER: A loud ringer or paging speaker. The Algo 8180 rings and pages far louder than a desk phone and adjusts to the noise around it; the 8186 horn speaker is outdoor-rated for a lot or a yard; and the 8301 adapter drives overhead amplifiers you already have.
QUESTION: Can I keep my old fax machine or analog phone?
ANSWER: Yes. An analog telephone adapter connects it to the Clarity system, so the equipment and the routine stay the same while the dedicated analog line goes away.
